Two-rollers bending machine is a small type of plate rolling machine with Japanese technology. Two roll plate rolling machine, one is metal rod, the other is metal roller core, wrapped with polyurethane elastic roller. Plate rolling is to put the plate between two rollers and adjust the distance to make the elastic roller deform. Because the volume of the elastic roller remains unchanged, the pressure will be transferred to the surrounding, resulting in high strength, uniform distribution, continuous reverse pressure, so that the sheet continuously wrap the metal roller, when the two rollers rotate, the sheet forms a circle.
According to the experiment, the deformation of elastic roll is the main technological parameter to determine the bending radius. However, when the elastic roll deformation reaches a certain value, the bending radius will not change. This is an important characteristic of the two roll bending machine.
Two-rollers bending machine can be equipped with numerical control system and some hardware to realize the automatic production of the whole process, such as automatic lamination, automatic reclaiming, automatic feeding, automatic feeding, automatic rolling and automatic discharging, forming the two roll plate rolling automatic production line.
