1. According to the provisions of the machine lubrication diagram, add oil to the lubrication points of each oil cup and manual lubrication points as required.
2. Roll the plate according to the parameters specified by the plate rolling machine, the thickness of the plate is 20mm, the maximum length is 2500mm, and the yield limit of the plate material is less than 250Mpa.
3. After turning on the power, carry out the forward and reverse movement of the lower roller and the upward and downward movement of the upper roller, and check whether each movement is abnormally stuck.
4. Operate strictly in accordance with the rolling procedure and operation method. When the upper roller is lifted to the limit position, pay great attention to the safe operation of the equipment.
5. During the operation, all personnel must coordinate with each other and obey the instructions of the person in charge of the rolling plate. Without a password, it is forbidden to start the machine.
6. Pay great attention to safety when performing plate rolling operations to prevent your hands from being pressed by the steel plate and being rolled in with the steel plate.
7. When the main drive is stopped, the upper roller can be raised and lowered, the tilting reset of the overturned bearing and the upper roller can be lifted.
8. During operation, if irregular noise or impact is found, stop the machine for inspection immediately.
9. When lifting the steel plate or drum with a crane, be careful not to collide with the machine.
10. After the coiling work is finished, make sure that all the materials are cleaned and the power supply is turned off in time.
